Faculty-to-Faculty Mentoring Program in Community Health
2000-2001

The second cohort of the Faculty-to-Faculty Mentoring Program in Community Health was selected in Fall 2000.  As with the first cohort, these participants traveled to three mentor sites.  There they learned how to integrate community health content into a nurse practitioner program. The participants and mentors met a second time at the 27th Annual NONPF Meeting in San Antonio, Texas.  The participants each developed a project that integrates community health content into their home nurse practitioner program. Selected project reports are available here
